Application & Deadlines

To apply for an undergraduate exchange program, complete the application by the deadline date, found here: Exchange Application Form

Once we receive your application, it will go to a committee for review. 澳门王中王论坛 will notify you when a decision has been made on your application and provide you with some next steps.

Who is Eligible?

In order to qualify, students must:

• Be a current undergraduate student at U澳门王中王论坛
• Have completed a minimum of 24 credit hours at U澳门王中王论坛
• Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0
• Submit two letters of recommendation (1 academic, 1 personal)
• Submit a 500 word personal statement of interest, and
• Possess adequate proficiency in the relevant language in order to undertake courses on an exchange if the language of instruction at the partner university is not English.

Deadlines

The deadlines to consider when applying for an exchange program:

• Fall and Winter - February 15
  
• Still available Winter/Spring term exchange spaces- August 1
  
• Summer Exchange Programs - Please send us an email at exchange@uwinnipeg.ca to inquire, if you are interested in a summer exchange.
  

Note: Not all universities offer exchange programs in the Spring and Summer session, so choices may be limited.  Also, terms may not align with the terms at U澳门王中王论坛.

Please note:  If you are planning on applying for the Tours exchange, please speak with Modern Language Department regarding a language assessment.
