Course Load and Tuition

Course Load

In most cases, undergraduate students in exchange programs will be required to pay tuition and student fees for a full course load (12 credit hours/term).  When you are abroad, if you don't end up taking 12 credit hours/term , you will be refunded the tuition.

There are a number of courses which have already been evaluated and approved at some of our Partner Institutions.  Accepted students will meet with UW Department Chairs for review and guidance for any courses that have not yet been approved.   It is also a good idea to make a list of courses and speak with an Academic Advisor to see how they may apply towards your degree.

Email exchange@uwinnipeg.ca for a list of courses already approved at the partner institution of interest.

How are Tuition and Other Fees Paid?

Tuition, student fees and health insurance is paid at U澳门王中王论坛. There is a required international health insurance plan required through GaurdMe health insurance.

Students are also responsible for paying things like student fees, administrative fees (if applicable), visa fees, living expenses and travel costs while abroad.

As well, all awards or student loans you may receive while you are on exchange will apply to your student account at U澳门王中王论坛.
