In-person drop-ins

• Available Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 4:00PM CST in the Rice Centre at 489 Portage Ave. You can find us on the 2nd floor.
• We are closed for a weekly meeting between 9:30 and 11:00 on Wednesdays.

If you have detailed questions and would like to schedule an appointment, please send us an email or leave a voicemail with the following information:

• your name
• student ID number
• requested time and date during regular business hours
• brief summary of your inquiry

An Awards Officer will contact you directly to schedule the appointment. Please note that we only book appointments 1 week in advance.
