MyCreds™ provides quick access to official, digitized documents and credentials. It allows you to easily send documents to employers, government offices, funders, postsecondary institutions, and others.
At U°ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõÂÛ̳, the following documents are provided through MyCreds™:
- Transcripts
- Letters to confirm enrolment or graduation
- Badges (Professional, Applied and Continuing Education)
- Degree parchments

Once your request is processed, you will receive an email notifying you that the document is available in your MyCreds™ account. The email will include a link to where you can sign in to your MyCreds™ account using your U°ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõÂÛ̳ username and password. If you do not have an active U°ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõÂÛ̳ account, the email will include a link you can click to register for a MyCreds™ account.
If you’re a current student, MyCreds™ notifications will be sent to your U°ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõÂÛ̳ email address.
If you're a graduate or former student who no longer has a U°ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõÂÛ̳ email account, the notification will be sent to the email address you verified when you submitted your document request.
Yes. Once you have received documents, you can access them again anytime by signing directly into MyCreds™. You can do this by going to the . Choose “University of °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõÂÛ̳” from the institution dropdown menu, and then sign in with your U°ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõÂÛ̳ username and password. If you do not have a U°ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõÂÛ̳ username and password, you can sign in using the MyCreds™ username and password you set up when you originally accessed the system.
Yes. Documents issued through MyCreds™ contain digital signatures that meet the legal requirements of certified digital documents in countries around the world. When you share a document using MyCreds™, these digital signatures ensure it’s an authentic document issued by the University of °ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõÂÛ̳.
Please note that, to be official, documents must be sent through MyCreds™. Documents routed to a recipient from an individual’s personal email are not official.
