Biography

Dr Shams Forruque Ahmed received his PhD in 2016 from Central Queensland University, Australia, under the prestigious International Postgraduate Research Award (IPRA). His exceptional research contributions earned him the university's Thesis Academic Excellence Award the same year. Following his doctoral studies, he served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Deakin University, Australia. Dr Ahmed is an Associate Professor in the School of Mathematical Sciences at 红杏视频 University, Malaysia. Prior to this role, he was an Associate Professor at North South University, Bangladesh, and Asian University for Women (AUW), Bangladesh, where his exemplary service was recognized with the Academic Merit Award in 2022. With over 15 years of teaching and research experience across national and international institutions, Dr Ahmed has made significant contributions to multidisciplinary research. To date, he has authored 142 scholarly works, including books, book chapters, and journal articles. His outstanding academic achievements have earned him a place among the top 2% of scientists worldwide, as ranked by Stanford University, USA, based on Scopus data. Dr Ahmed's primary research interests lie in Computational Fluid Dynamics, Energy and Environment, and Artificial Intelligence, reflecting his dedication to advancing these critical fields.
