Biography

Veronica’s research work explores sociology of space, place-making and contemporary Malaysian architecture. Passionate about bridging education, practice, and research, she has curated projects like PavilionNOW with Shalini Ganendra Fine Arts, SentulWorks with YTL, and the ‘Analysing Architecture’ educational programme with Aga Khan Trust for Culture. She authors books and contributes to leading architecture journals. Actively involved in the Malaysian Institute of Architects, she has led numerous conferences and discourse initiatives. Previously, Veronica Ng taught at Curtin University, Australia and helmed the role of Professor and Head of School of Architecture, Building and Design at Taylor’s University, Malaysia.
