What is U澳门王中王论坛 Esports?
U澳门王中王论坛 Esports is a student club dedicated to uniting all gamers on campus. As a postsecondary institution, we strive to create a welcoming community where students can come together to enjoy both casual and competitive gaming. Our club offers a variety of opportunities, from digital tournaments to in-person events, catering to gamers of all levels. Our aim is to build a strong, inclusive community that fosters connections and encourages participation in the gaming world.

What is the ECAC Esports League and how to get involved?
The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Esports League is a premier collegiate esports league that provides a competitive platform for postsecondary institutions across North America. The ECAC Esports League includes a diverse array of games, offering students the chance to compete against peers from other colleges and universities in both Canada and the United States. This league is known for its emphasis on fair play, sportsmanship, and community engagement, making it an ideal platform for students to showcase their skills, build teamwork, and enjoy the thrill of competition. Participation in the ECAC Esports League not only enhances your gaming experience but also connects you with a larger network of collegiate gamers.
We invite all U澳门王中王论坛 students to join in the excitement of the ECAC Esports League! This is your chance to compete in a variety of games on a weekly basis, representing U澳门王中王论坛 in various games and compete in a league style format against peers from top institutions across the U.S. and Canada. Whether you’re passionate about Overwatch 2, League of Legends, Rocket League, or any of the other featured games, there’s a spot for you. Compete, improve your skills, and be part of a dynamic community of gamers. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to take your gaming to the next level and be a part of our weekly competitions. Each competition is separated by ranks, so there will be a spot for all gamers, regardless of whether they are a Gold rank or a Diamond rank!

Digital Chess Tournament (September 8th at 3pm CST)
Participate in U澳门王中王论坛’s Digital Chess Tournament on Chess.com, where entry is completely free! Compete in two divisions: >1200 and <1200, and stand a chance to win exclusive U澳门王中王论坛 Esports merchandise. It’s a great opportunity to test your skills and be part of our growing chess community. Registration is free of charge, and is through . Once registered, you will receive an invite to join U澳门王中王论坛’s chess.com club and have access to join the tournament. As per chess.com’s rules, the official registration will happen 1 hour prior to the tournament (2pm CST).
Chess.com's Collegiate Chess Championship
In addition to our tournament, Chess.com hosts the Collegiate Chess Championship, an event where collegiate players from around the world compete for prizes. This championship highlights the best in collegiate chess and provides an excellent platform for players to showcase their talents of all levels. If you are interested in competing in the Collegiate Chess Championship, email leagues@uwinnipeg.ca with your rating on chess.com.
Note that this is a team format, so if you have any friends that you would like to play with, let us know, and we will make sure you are on the same team!
PUBG Mobile Tournament (September 14th at 11:30am)
Get ready for our PUBG Mobile Tournament on September 14th! The event will take place in the Axworthy Health & Recplex Multipurpose Room (2Ax06). Winners will receive exclusive U澳门王中王论坛 Esports merchandise. Register now on to secure your spot and join the action! This event is completely free to enter.
We also will be accepting walk-in's, but registration on Fusion Play will guarantee your spot.
