We’re thrilled to share the success of our 4-day workshop on Mangrove Species Classification using YOLO, led by our incredible instructors: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chia Wai Chong, Ms. Teoh Jie Han, Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Lee Yun Li and Mr. Lim Han Shen! This workshop, a continuation collaboration of the completion projects funded under APT–Japan of Category-I and Category-II and our MoU with Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC), brought together passionate learners of SFC to explore new skills, collaborate on innovative ideas using AI technology to conserve Biodiversity of Sarawak and drive impactful outcomes. The energy, dedication, and enthusiasm from everyone involved were truly inspiring. Thank you to all participants and instructors for making this event a milestone in our journey toward growth and excellence. Here’s to more collaborations and success ahead between HUMAC-SET and SFC!
