Graduation Streams
The Master of Arts in Indigenous Governance program offers students the choice of completing the requirements for the degree via two streams. Students can choose to write a thesis, which is defended orally and assessed by a committee. Alternatively, students may choose to complete a practicum assignment with a relevant organization, community, or government. A third option currently in development is a comprehensive exam. Students are required to indicate on their registration forms what graduation stream they are interested in pursuing.
