Whether you are a watch maker, a restaurant owner, or a retailer, you will find global companies who are your competitors at your doorstep. Second, your consumers compare you with global options and standards. To survive and thrive, you need a better understanding of international business.

The Mechanical Engineering programme is a modern, project-based degree which aims to produce graduates who address the Grand Challenges for Engineering and the UNSDGs. As a project-based degree, our students will Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate at least 4 engineering systems (or projects) throughout their degree, with at least 2 of such projects being based on real-life industry challenges. Their projects will address the Grand Challenges and the UNSDGs.

The Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Science is a research-based programme in which students become actively engaged in bidirectional translational medicine. The programme focuses on studies that either bring current issues from patients and medical care to laboratory settings, or take scientific discoveries made in the laboratory or the clinic and transforms them into new treatments and approaches to improve health and medical care in the community.
