Microsoft 365
WHAT IS MICROSOFT 365?
Microsoft 365 (M365) is the on-line version of Office applications that you are familiar with already and so much more. It enables you to connect with people, information, and content you need to do your best work, from any device.
- The latest versions of Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Access to a multitude of productivity and collaboration applications
- 1 TB of OneDrive storage
Please Note:
- Microsoft 365 is not intended to replace Microsoft Office on your TSC deployed computer. It is for your personal computer or mobile device.
- Microsoft 365 (M365) is provided and supported by Microsoft.
- Please ensure that files stored in M365’s OneDrive are moved to your own storage before your tenure with the University ends. When your U°ÄÃÅÍõÖÐÍõÂÛ̳ accounts are terminated, you will be unable to access your files. Also, additional data retention standards may be implemented for data stored in M365. These standards will be communicated to all Faculty and Staff before being implemented.
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is one of the M365 suite of applications. MS Teams is incredibly powerful and provides chat, file sharing and video conferencing features. MS Teams will allow our entire campus community to collaborate like never before, with everyone at the University, as well as colleagues outside of our campus community.
Please Note: MS Teams will work through a web browser, but the only browser that provides all video and chat features is Google Chrome. Browsers such as Safari, Internet Explorer, Edge and Firefox can be used, but will have limitations, which are documented .
