What are the per diem rates?

Maximum claim for individual meals, including gratuities, while traveling inside Canada: Breakfast - $15.00, Lunch - $15.00, Dinner - $30.00.

Maximum claim for individual meals, including gratuities, while traveling inside the USA: Breakfast - $20.00, Lunch - $20.00, Dinner - $40.00.

Maximum claim for individual meals, including gratuities, while traveling Internationally: Breakfast - $20.00, Lunch - $20.00, Dinner - $50.00.

Mileage allowance: $0.45 per kilometer. 

Where do I send my payment vouchers or invoices?

Send payment vouchers/invoices (payable to individuals) and travel claim forms to Ria Ramkissoon Accounts Payable, Financial Services.

Send payment vouchers/invoices (payable to companies) to Cathy Hunt (companies A-L) or Karen Barkhouse - (companies M-Z) - Accounts Payable, Financial Services.
