About:
Catherine Tosenberger received an MA in folklore from the Ohio State University and a PhD in folklore and children's literature from the University of Florida. Her dissertation was on Harry Potter fan fiction on the Internet.
Tosenberger has published research on fairy tales, folk narratives, digital folklore and children's literature, fan studies, and witchcraft (historical and contemporary).
